Using Telemedicine for Providing Supportive and Palliative Care Patients with Advanced Cancer during the COVID?19 Pandemic in Ukraine

COVID‐19 has overwhelmed the capacity of health care systems, limiting access to supportive and palliative for patients with advanced cancer. Telemedicine emerged as a tool provide continuity while risk contagion. However, implementing telemedicine in resource‐limited settings is challenging. We report results multidisciplinary patient‐navigator‐led program Dnipro City. One‐hundred sixty‐five interventions were provided 50 (median age 67, 47% female). A quarter had less than or equal elementary school education, 18% lived rural area. The most common psychological (30%), pain symptom control (27%), nutritional counseling (10%). Half by video conferencing. patient‐reported barrier was limited experience using communication technology. Our demonstrate feasibility providing settings.
